He emphasizes that every system is perfectly designed to achieve its current results and believes that by identifying and addressing system constraints, meaningful change can be achieved. Through TrackableMed, Zed applies neuroscience and behavior change principles to help private medical practices and med-tech companies optimize their systems.
He also shares actionable insights as the host of 2 podcasts: The Medical Sales Accelerator Podcast, providing tips and secrets from the top industry’s top performers and The Physician Growth Accelerator podcast, aiming to assist private practice physicians in balancing excellent patient care with successful practice management.
As President of Physician Growth Accelerator, Andrea partners directly with clients to diagnose opportunities and address constraints within their medical practices. By identifying challenges and developing tailored solutions, she helps physician business owners overcome obstacles, expand their practices, and achieve their goals.
Since 2015, Andrea has been dedicated to helping private medical practices achieve optimal growth outcomes. She and her team go beyond surface-level fixes to drive meaningful and continuous success.
Her proactive approach, strategic thinking, and determination to deliver real results fuel her conversations, optimizations, and implementation. For Andrea, success is about more than just growth—it’s about making a lasting impact on physicians, their teams, and the patients they serve.
Erik is one of the Managing Director’s at Physician Growth Accelerator where he overseas business development and new client engagement. He has been working with medical practices since 2009. Prior to joining Physician Growth Accelerator, he worked in sales and marketing roles with Johnson and Johnson and medical device startups both in the United States and in Europe.
He is passionate about the importance private practice physicians play in our healthcare system and is committed to helping them achieve their goals.
He lives with his wife, daughter, and two dogs near our headquarters outside of New Orleans. Erik holds an MBA from Villanova University and BBA from The George Washington University.
As the Senior Manager of Creative at Physician Growth Accelerator, Paige leads a talented team in identifying opportunities and solving constraints within client campaigns. She works closely with her team to diagnose challenges and engineer solutions that help physician business owners break through barriers, grow their practices, and achieve their goals.
